Rubab Zainab is a seasoned development professional with over 15 years of experience in designing, leading, and managing impactful projects across education, peacebuilding, gender equality, and human rights. She has successfully delivered multi-sectoral programs funded by leading international donors including USAID, the U.S. State Department, the European Union, Norwegian Church Aid, and the Regional English Language Office (RELO). Rubab holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and is a certified TEFL instructor from the LADO Institute in Washington, D.C.

As a consultant and master trainer, Rubab brings deep expertise in training design, youth and women’s empowerment, conflict transformation, civic engagement, and preventing/countering violent extremism (P/CVE). She has worked extensively with interfaith leaders, mosque imams, youth from universities and madrasahs, Afghan refugees, women, civil society members, and transgender communities—promoting inclusion, resilience, and peace at the grassroots level. She is an alumna of the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) and a graduate of the Drew University Institute on Religion & Conflict Resolution, where she collaborated with global faith leaders and peacebuilders.
